What do you call a gather of Exponential business coaching graduates? The answer is an Egg-cademy of coaches!

Over 60 business coaches who successfully completed Exponential’s High Growth Coach Professional Development Programme attended a High Growth Coach conference sponsored by the East Midlands Development Agency (emda).

Exponential Business Coach and Trainer, Anne-Marie Daly said “As part of the celebrations and knowing that the event coincided with the Golden Globe Awards, we create the Golden Eggs Awards to recognise excellence and good practice. Although it was a little tongue in cheek, I think everyone appreciated the awards”.

In addition to Neale Ryan from emda who gave an up-date on the availability of business support services in the East Midlands, Michael Carr (Executive Director of Business Services) spoke about the changing role of the Regional Development Agencies.

The highlight of the conference was undoubtedly John Leach (Chief Executive Officer, Winning Pitch). John’s company delivers high growth coaching for the North West Development agency and itself a high growth business. In an entertaining talk about generating new business, John presented a fast paced and highly insightful look at how to create a customer-focused, growing coaching practice.

Later this year, John’s new book, The Success Factor: Master the Mind Set of a Winning Mind will be launched. Judging by John’s presentation, it will be worth reading as he has a wealth of knowledge and understanding about sales and success.
