Today, Exponential Training & Assessment showcased the results of its two-year Erasmus+ project, MyVA – My Virtual Assistant. The aim of the conference was to showcase the results of the two-year project and to introduce local businesses and aspiring Virtual Assistants as possible.
MyVA Post COVID
The project concept was conceived two years BEFORE the COVID pandemic. Its aim was to help young people to become Virtual Assistants. Owing to the impact of the national lockdown, MyVA took on a new importance. As businesses across Europe adjusted to doing business on-line, MyVA was established to help aspiring VA to do just that!
John said. “We had no idea when preparing the MyVA project application just how relevant it would be to most businesses. With the lockdown, business both large and mall had to quickly find and learn new ways of working. MyVA was based on looking at new ways of working for aspiring virtual Assistants. The MyVA products which included a Mini MBA Training Package and dozens of on-line business planning tools and templates could also be used with other businesses to help them adapt their business model”.
The MyVA products and resources contained tools, templates, and dozens of ideas about how to implement an on-line business model. During the lockdown, Exponential distributed the MyVA resources to dozens of UK businesses most of which have NO connection to VAs.
The event will start with an introduction to Erasmus+ and the MyVA project. John and Anne-Marie will then talk the participants through the project. To bring the event to life, everyone will get free copies of all the tools and templates including the Mini MBA Training Package.
Anne-Marie said, “We know how hard it has been for most businesses just surviving COVID and we want to be part of helping as many as possible to thrive post COVID. By sharing the MyVA resources and the message that all businesses need to embrace innovation, digital technology and plan for long-term sustainability NOW will help to build a solid foundation for future resilience and growth.
