TeamMate 360 Aims

The aim of the TeamMate 360 project is to develop a web-based 360 degree assessment system that collects and collates feedback about from the assessment of the performance of team leaders and managers.
The assessment system will provide a detailed skills assessment in six Core Skills: Developing Team Plans, Team Leadership, Team Communication, Working as a Team, Performance Management and Exploiting Technology. Unlike other on-line assessment systems, TeamMate 360 will also include a personalised development plan for team leaders and managers.

Exponential Training (ETA) is a vocational education, training supplier operating in over 50 different countries worldwide and specialises in the following areas:

Ad Hoc Gestion Cultural -Spain

Ad Hoc Gestion Cultural SL is an SME and has been in operation since 2003 providing training and professional services to other companies and has cooperated with public and private organizations.

Ad Hoc has been involved and led the delivery of over 200 projects. Recently, it has been working in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility and Entrepreneurship. The core services of the organization are: consulting, design and production of projects, products and

programmes, management and training outsourcing.

In training for adults, Ad Hoc has taught more than 700 hours of management and design of projects for entrepreneurs. Ad Hoc has extensively worked with co-operatives in rural areas, young entrepreneurs and unemployed people. CONSORZIO FRIULI FORMAZIONE – Italy

Consorzio Friuli Formazione (CFF) is a non-profit training institute, founded in 1995 by the University of Udine, in partnership with other governmental and private sector bodies. The organisation’s mission is to provide the region with a coherent strategy and provision of services within the higher education system by joining together the best human, cultural, professional, organisational and financial resources of Friuli Venezia Giulia.

CFF delivers research, consulting and

training services specialising in pre-employment training to help people find employment or to improve and develop their careers. Another key offering is the delivery of training for the development of competences and skills for businesses both in the public sector and the private sector: this also encompasses job and skills training for professionals.

The organisation has played a key role in the development of a coherent and relevant regional system of further education. It is now the leading partner of the regional Vocational Training Center for the ICT industry, as well is a founder and shareholder of the Technical Institute for Mechanics and the Technical Institute for Information and Communication Technology. Finally, CFF has a partnership with the University of Udine which is responsible for the implementation and management of 7 Master courses (1st and 2nd levels).

Spektrum Education Center – Romania

The mission of the SOROS Educational Center Foundation (SEC) is to promote open society and develop the region via education-related services and projects. SEC offers non-formal courses and training for various target groups, including SMEs, local NGOs, involving disadvantaged members of the community too. SEC has 350-400 students per year, 60% of them being adult students.

As a member of various European consortia and partnerships, over the past ten years, SEC staff and trainers have gained significant experience in managing European cooperation projects in the field of adult education, with special focus on key competences development. Partners will capitalise on SEC’s experience in the wider dissemination of European projects.

SEC is member of the national association QUEST – Romanian Association for Quality Language Services, and of the ENTER network with more than 800 member organisations involved in lifelong learning throughout Europe.

Varna Economic Development Agency– Bulgaria

Varna Economic Development Agency (VEDA) is a not-for-profit, non-governmental association, registered to operate in public benefit. It is located on the territory of Varna District in Bulgaria. The Agency was established in 1997 under the joint program Local Government Initiative of Varna Municipality and the USAID to assist the advancement of regional economic development. VEDA aims to provide leadership for the establishment of conditions for sustainable social and economic development of Varna and the region. The Agency supports the building of the capacity of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMES) through impartial providing of information, consulting services and training. VEDA promotes networking and improvement of the local employment opportunities.

The Irish SME Association– Ireland

The Irish Small and Medium Enterprises Association (ISME), is the only independent representative association for Small and Medium Enterprises in Ireland and currently has in excess of 10,200 members nationwide. Uniquely in Ireland, ISME is independent of big business, big banks and government and gives voice to the issues facing SME owner-managers.

ISME is owned, funded and managed by SME owner-managers, representing the sector through its almost 10,200 members. Therefore we can rightly claim to be the true independent voice of the Irish SME. ISME is a not for profit membership organisation whose National Council is made up of elected owner-managers of SMEs from all over Ireland and from a variety of sectors.

ISME exists to support SME owner-managers by lobbying on their behalf, providing advice and information, and offering discounts on products and services through Discount Schemes. ISME also provides a number of opportunities for business networking through events and training and to do business with other ISME members via the Member to Member area of the website.
