TeamMate360 will provide a complete 360-degree assessment of the team performance. TeamMate360 will help to transform the way managers and companies manage and support virtual or remote teams.

What is TeamMate 360 About?

TeamMate 360 will build on the success of two previous and highly successful programmes – Perspectives 360 and a training programme called Improving Team Performance.

The TeamMate360 assessment platform will enable managers of virtual teams to assess the performance of their teams and their own performance as a virtual team leader. The TeamMate360 platform will enable organisations to undertake a 360-degree assessment of all of their teams. Unlike many 360 degree assessment tools, TeamMate360 goes further than just reporting on the results of the assessment. TeamMate360 reports will include a set of practical development actions enabling virtual team leaders to implement practical ideas and strategies to improve team performance.

TeamMate360 is a virtual team

The TeamMate360 project team is itself a virtual team. Project Manager, John Moore said, “The idea for TeamMate360 came about because all Erasmus+ projects partnerships are of course virtual teams. All virtual teams need to perform and when you only meet face-to-face a few times over 2 – 3 years, problems can and often crop up. TeamMate360 will make a real difference to any organisation that uses remote working or operates virtual teams.”

The TeamMate360 team comprises Exponential Training with support from team members in Greece, Bulgaria, Italy and Ireland. At the initial face-to-face planning meeting the team committed to launching the new assessment tool June 2017.
