Are You A Remote Manager?
3 May 2018 John Moore

The Remote Manager is a new course funded by the European Commission’s Erasmus+ programme designed for UK managers who lead a virtual team or team members who work remotely. Thirty lucky managers can join the course in July courtesy of Erasmus+.

The Course

The aim of the course is to help team leaders and managers who manage virtual teams or remote team members to improve their impact and performance. Any managers who manage field-based sales executives or engineers, team members working in different locations, or even managers who manage associates and sub-contractors will benefit for the Remote Manager.

The two-hour webinar lead by Exponential’s Managing Director, John Moore and Quality Manager, Anne-Marie Daly, will be packed with ideas, tools and techniques all designed to boost performance and effectiveness. If you currently manage remote workers and team members, this is a WEBINAR YOU WILL NOT WANT TO MISS!

During the course, you will learn about the skills and competencies required by the Remote Manager and the benefits of introducing remote and flexible working. In addition to exploring how to develop an effective remote team, the course will explore how to maximise the value of technology to support communication and collaboration.
