Project IPEC

Project IPEC
7 December 2017 John Moore

IPEC intends to stimulate a European debate about the potential of gamification within VET as mechanism for improving SME performance.

Project Aim

As a demonstrator project, IPEC will be presented as a ‘blueprint’ for further innovative uses of gamification within VET. The IPEC project is the first to explore the combined use of gamification and a Project Management methodology designed specifically for the target group – SMEs.

It will bring together two different bodies of knowledge (Project Management and gamification). It will synthesise a new micro-lite Project Management methodology and VET delivery model that incorporates knowledge, skill and gamification elements designed to engage and enable SMEs deliver effective projects.
