Exponential Training & Assessment is launching the launch of a new project management app called Project IPEC as part of an Erasmus + project. The app is designed specifically to help smaller businesses to plan and execute short, effective projects that delivers results on time and on budget.
Owners and Managers Under Pressure
As a business owners, I know that most owners and managers are always under pressure to get results in less time and with fewer resources. Using the Project IPEC app will make planning and keeping track of projects and results much easier easy. With it being a web-based app, you can work on your projects anytime and anywhere.
To celebrate the launch of the Project IPEC app, invited 30 business owners and managers to register their interest in using the IPEC app and to take part in a free day training workshop called, Project IPEC – Accelerating Results. By the end of the workshop, delegates had created their first project plan and were eager to start using Project IPEC.
The training included a series of practical, hands-on activities as well as looking at how to set up and use the Project IPEC app. The day started with a review of how everyone uses or would like to use project management to improve their performance. The single BIGGEST challenge was around how to plan and set up the project making sure activities take place in the right order and on-time.
Throughout the rest of this year and the early art of 2018, Exponential Training along with partners from Cyprus, Italy, Ireland, the Netherlands, Germany and Greece will be testing and evaluating the effectiveness and impact of Project IPEC. The success of the project will be showcased with a series of international case studies and a events in each partner country: the UK event will take place in July 2018.
