Plans to create a network of Perspectives 360 assessment centres across Europe, Africa and South East Asia takes a giant step forward.

In April and May, Exponential delivered several Perspectives 360 partner training courses as part of the development of a network of lead P360 Partners. Last month, partners from Lithuania, Greece, Ireland, Romania and Slovenia visited Exponential’s offices to be trained in how to maximise the value of Perspectives 360. During the workshop, the nine strong delegation learned how to manage and deliver P360 assessments and deliver feedback meetings as well as discussing their plans for launching P360.

The partners are part of a Leonardo da Vinci Transfer of innovation project being lead by Exponential. The aim of the project is to create a European network of Perspectives 360 assessment centres across Europe. Work began on up-grading the on-line skills assessment tool in October 2011.

Perspectives 360 Business Development Manager, James Dillon, said, “I have been working closely with IT developer, Makis Zontos, of Best Cybernetics in Greece, on the system upgrade and am delighted with the new features, in particular the inclusion of multiple language versions”.

In May, Eduquest International became the latest P360 international partner. This time the training took place in Singapore at Eduquest’s management and leadership learning centre overlooking the city’s impressive skyline.

With operations in Singapore and India, Eduquest chose to hold the official launch of Perspectives 360 in Singapore. The launch event was attended by guest of honour, Mr Antony Phillipson, the newly appointed British High Commissioner.

During a busy end to the month, Exponential’s Managing Director, John Moore, attended the Singapore Human Resource Summit Exhibition and Conference with Eduquest to promote Perspectives 360. During the weeklong visit which was attended by a dozen other UK training and education suppliers as part of a UK Trade & Investment trade mission, Exponential and Eduquest also attended an official function at the High Commissioner’s residence.

“Over the next twelve months I am looking to appoint additional Perspectives 360 Partners both in the UK and overseas”, added James Dillon.
