There is an old saying that ‘knowledge is power‘. Today, it is widely acknowledged that for businesses to grow, knowledge needs to be shared and exploited to achieve competitive advantage and improved performance. This realisation has seen the emergence of the concept of the ‘internal knowledge provider’.

What is it?

A fast paced, fun and informative workshop for the internal trainer or subject matter expert who need the skills and tools for them to be an effective trainer and knowledge provider.

Who is it for?

Managers in ambitious, growth-focused companies committed to improving productivity and performance, implementing change and who need to share knowledge, skills and know-how with colleagues, team members, stakeholders and customers.

What are the Outcomes?

You will leave with the skills and tools to design and lead effective knowledge transfer sessions, engage and re-engage employees in learning to improve performance and the know-how to be an effective knowledge provider.

  • What is and why become a knowledge provider?
  • How to design and run effective training and ‘brown bag’ sessions
  • How to share knowledge and best practice to drive performance
  • Delivering engaging learning and development events
  • Key skills, techniques and templates for effective knowledge and skills transfer

Programme Fee:

Currently, there is no fee as the workshop is sponsored by the European Union as part of a project called BizLearn.Net. BizLearn.Net involves nine partners from across Europe sharing best practice in supporting entrepreneurs and growing businesses.

Am I Eligible?

You must be from a small medium sized business that is experiencing or is committed to growth and which recognises the need for developing people and facilitating change and performance improvement.
