The IDEAL project aims to help educators, teachers and trainers in (in)formal adult education understand and put digital education into practice. Attention will be given to innovation in pedagogy through supporting professional development to enhance innovative teaching practice, including ways of using and bringing digital tools into the classroom. As a result, the project will promote digital
literacy, skills & inclusion for both teachers & learners.

The main target groups for IDEAL are teachers, educators and trainers involved in adult education. They will use the IDEAL learning materials and tools to understand and put digital education into practice in areas such as curriculum planningand development to the actual (online) teaching process. When teachers involve digital technologies in the teaching and learning process of adult education, learners will also use, improve and develop their digital skills, in particular low-skilled or low-qualified
adults.

EOLAS S.L.- Spain

EOLAS S.L. provides services and support to all enterprises, organisations and entities with demands in the field of the design and

management of projects. The company offers services related to the definition of strategies to obtain funding and grants

(international, European, national and regional) and accompanies the whole process, from the conceptual and design phase up to

the management and closing of the project.

EOLAS provides advice, consulting and support to optimize all processes related to the design, preparation and management of

projects, facilitating the participation of its clients in the different international, European, national and regional funding.

BDFriesland– The Netherlands

Inqubator Leeuwarden (off. reg. name Stichting Incubator) has been active in the northern part of the Netherlands since its

establishment as a foundation in 2010. The Inqubator is backed by amongst others the Municipality of Leeuwarden, Business

Innovation Center BDF, and schools and universities in the region. The focus of Inqubator is on helping starting companies to firmly

establish their business and to help them maximize their personal growth. To this end, Inqubator offers a shared room facility in

which starting entrepreneurs can work on their business plan and can get advice on how they should proceed in the development

of their business. Inqubator also offers office space for starting companies that have outgrown the shared office space and need

their own office. Furthermore, Inqubator provides start-ups with knowledge, network, advice, training, workshops and masterclasses in cooperation with business and educational partners. Inqubator does this with a team of 6 people who are involved

in training and coaching.

CCS Education – Greece

CrystalClearSoft (CCS) was founded in 2005 with the mission propel the teaching-learning process into a new era, increasing its

effectiveness through the use of ICT. The company offers to its clients integrated solutions and services with high added value, from conceptualization, the design of

content visualization (storyboarding) and the development of applications to consulting services for the exploitation of digital

media (digital marketing) and the design of targeted marketing campaigns for customer’s applications. Moreover, the company

provides both the educational and methodological editing of the software applications it develops.

North-East Regional Development Agency– Romania

North-East Regional Development Agency (NERDA) is a non-profit organization, non-governmental, public utility activating according to Law

315/2004 and it designated and accredited as Intermediary Body for the above mentioned programs. North-East Regional

Development Agency has a 17 year experience in regional development in Romania and works for elaboration and promotion of

strategies, resources attraction, identification and implementation of financing national and European funded programs and offers

services for increase of sustainable economic growth, partnerships, development of human resources and entrepreneurial attitude.

Eurocrea Merchant – Italy

Eurocrea Merchant is a consulting and training company based in Italy, with two offices located in Milan and Naples. Our mission is to improve the competitiveness of the European society, through business development, training and creation of transnational partnerships. The company was born 20 years ago with a focus on business and finance and with the aim to support Italian SMEs in the process of start-up and management of the company.

John Moore has over 20 years experience of training and developing Managers, Coaches, Consultants and businesses. As Managing Director of Exponential Training, John researches, speaks, blogs and writes about how to improve performance. He also designs and delivers engaging, fun and interactive learning programmes. John is a Fellow Chartered Manager and has worked with managers and organisations in over 20 different countries.
