After 12 months of development the High Growth Coach Development Programme is about to be launched in Lithuania, Romania, Hungary, Slovenia & the UK.
Between now and November, aspiring High Growth Coaches will be invited to apply for a place on this unique and innovative programme. With governments across Europe desperately trying to kick start economic and employment growth, the timing of the High Growth Coach Programme could not be better. Our European Partners are very excited about this programme as most do not have a history of business coaching or, more specifically High Growth Coaching.
Based upon four years research and development, the programme has been built around a new Competency Framework for High Growth Coaching. The Framework comprises a set of High Growth Coaching Fundamental Skills and Professional Behaviours, as well as a set of competences describing the role of the High Growth Coach and the High Growth Coaching Process.
Starting in January 2012, the sixteen week blended learning programme is packed with practical tools and insights designed to enable High Growth Coaches to make a major impact with their clients. In addition to three one day action learning workshops, the aspiring High Growth Coaches will have full use of a comprehensive library of learning modules and tools. The programme begins and ends with a detailed self assessment exercise enabling participants to measure the impact of the programme on their High Growth Coaching competences.
At the latest planning meeting of the European Partners in Bucharest, Romania, Laimute Kalinauskiene from Enterprise Lithuania explained the importance of this project for Lithuanian businesses. Peter Kövesd and Gabriella Kengyal from TREBAG explained that the unregulated market for coaching and consulting in Hungary means that there are no universally accepted standards for business coaching.
Each Partner will be publicising their recruitment and selection process in the next few weeks, so remain alert and look out for the emails containing the application form. In the UK, the level of interest has been overwhelming with well over 100+ enquiries from coaches, advisors, consultants and trainers interested in joining the High Growth Coach Programme.
