High Growth Coaches Choose Exponential Training

High Growth Coaches Choose Exponential Training

Business coaches from the South West (SWDA) and the East of England(EEDA) RDAs have joined Exponential’s High Growth Coach programme.

The High Growth Coach Programme, a legacy of the original High Growth Coach programme developed and delivered by Exponential on behalf of the East Midlands Development Agency (emda), is proving to be a real hit with business coaches.

Recognising the importance of job creation, Prime Minister David Cameron said: “Throughout this year and beyond we will be focused relentlessly on supporting growth and driving job creation across our economy. Backing new enterprises to start up and small businesses to grow will be what transforms our economy and will deliver the many thousands of new jobs we will see created this year…. Together we can make the years ahead some of the most dynamic and entrepreneurial in our history.”

One of the Government’s key job creation strategies is Coaching for Growth. All over the country, business coaches are being contracted to help businesses to growth. Exponential has been asked to help develop an army of High Growth Coaches to accelerate the growth of businesses.

Exponential Director, John Moore said, “We aim to make a difference and through the High Growth Coach programme, we are making an exponential difference. By developing the coaches and exposing them to the latest tools and techniques, we are able to impact upon many more businesses than if we were doing the business coaching ourselves”.

After attending a three day programme, one coach commented, “I would like to thank you for your time and patience and for making the programme highly informative, engaging, challenging and enjoyable … I have no doubt that this is the start of the group’s networking and relationship building and that they will continue to work with one another to improve their own and each other’s coaching skills and knowledge”.

If you cannot attend one of Exponential Training’s live programmes, there is an online alternative through the High Growth Series – visit https://www.exponentialtraining.com/courses/e-learning-courses.
