Congratulations to Yuhan Fan based in Shandong Province, China. Yuhan recently completed the Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership, with the help and support of Exponential Training, in record time.

Commitment and dedication to the programme saw Yuhan complete the qualification in just 7.4 weeks!

Yuhan said,  “I desperately needed the CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership so that I could apply for a pre-masters degree, therefore the delivery and assessment model was very important to me.”

Yuhan completed the CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership through the submission of work-related written assignments which were further explored through a professional discussion. The online professional discussion was instrumental in the process as it helped to speed up the assessment process.
