Flipping First Aims

The project – Flipping Framework Including VET Resources for Social Training – is a Strategic Partnerships for vocational education and training co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme.

The project aims to use this innovative method in training of VET and new workers of companies, but OER developed could be of interest for other target groups as higher education students, and also 14-16 pre NEET (Not in Education, Employment and Training) as they might also be used for inclusive education and disadvantageous students.

Exponential Training & Assessment – United Kingdom

Exponential Training (ETA) is a vocational education, training supplier operating in over 50 different countries worldwide and specialises in the following areas:

  • Development and delivery of online, distance and blended learning programmes awarded by the Chartered Management Institute;
  • Development and management of online learning platforms;
  • Delivery of vocational qualifications for managers, SME owners and business coaches.

Inneo Creative Development Studio – Poland

INNEO – Creative Development Studio is the association based in Rzeszow (Poland). The aim of the association is development of activities in the area of training and research. The activities of INNEO are aimed at the development of solutions that contribute to social and economic development. The staff of INNEO consists of members with knowledge and experience in various fields e.g. entrepreneurship and leadership, labour market, flipping (flipped learning).

INNEO is based in Rzeszow, the capital of Subcarpathian region in southern Poland, which is characterized by low GDP per capita, high unemployment rate and low level of entrepreneurship. That’s why the association is focused on promoting entrepreneurship and leadership. INNEO has developed a large network of contacts, both on local and international level which is helpful in conducting dissemination of the activities and maximizing the impact. INNEO cooperates with institutions acting in field of education and research (representatives of SME sector, business environment institutions, associations acting in field of education, training and research).

Jaitek– Spain

Jaitek Technology and Training, is formed by educators, psychologists and computer scientists, dedicated to the development of programs and application of  ICT in education, training and business. Also involved in the development of programs and training materials, designing web pages, e-learning, e-business solutions, using the most innovative educational data-base management and interactive boards utilization.

Jaitek specializes in conducting continuing education programs according to the needs of educational institutions, NGOs, companies and people and provides access to ICT in a wider range of users, businesses and groups, working to reduce the digital divide and train the disadvantaged, developing training materials. The company provides consulting, implements and validates multimedia products by promoting the concept of small Virtual Community on interactive platforms.

Foundation Knowledge Centre PRO WORK promotes the career development of people with a (significant) distance to the labor market, skilled workers and others who need coaching, training and counseling in a wide variety of sectors and topics, national and international. PRO WORK operates in sectors like ICT, sustainability, environment, economy, health care and technology associated with sheltered employment, entrepreneurship, talent development of youngsters, unemployment and generation gaps.

The main aims of PRO WORK, are more specifically:

  • To promote career development for those who require VET (Vocational Educational Training), coaching and guidance;
  • To enable vulnerable groups to access the labor market;
  • To develop and implement innovation in the field of vocational education and training.

Arteveldehoge school– Belgium

Artevelde University College Ghent, Member of the Ghent University Association (AU GENT) is one of Flanders’ largest university colleges almost 14.000 students and 1.100 staff members). It offers study programs in teacher training, business and graphic education, health care and social work. In total the university college offers 18 Bachelor programs (one of which is taught in English), 5 Advanced Bachelor programs, 14 Postgraduate programs and 4 Masters in cooperation with Ghent University: Master of Occupational Science; (Bachelor and) Master of Rehabilitation Sciences and Physiotherapy; Master of Social Work; Master of Nursing and Midwifery and several seminars and trainings related to diverse areas of expertise. Artevelde University College Ghent is a knowledge centre for education, research and services, where students, collaborators and strategic partners cooperate and develop their talents in a stimulating and internationally oriented environment.

John Moore has over 20 years experience of training and developing Managers, Coaches, Consultants and businesses. As Managing Director of Exponential Training, John researches, speaks, blogs and writes about how to improve performance. He also designs and delivers engaging, fun and interactive learning programmes. John is a Fellow Chartered Manager and has worked with managers and organisations in over 20 different countries.
