Fit4BusinessGrowth (F4BG)
8 December 2017 John Moore

Project Type: Erasmus+

Project Duration: 2015-2017

The fit4BusinessGrowth is a partnership between five organisations from Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, France and the United Kingdom.

Fit4BusinessGrowth recognises the need not only to maintain the existing levels of Training and Education but also to cultivate new skills and aptitudes required if Europe is to remain competitive in the marketplace and gain further opportunities.

The use of adaptive of HIgh-Performance Work Practises, Wellness Practices and Business Growth Coaching represents an opportunity to engage small and medium-sized enterprises seeking high growth in a new relevant, high quality, innovative work-based Vocational Education and Training (VET).

This project contributed to the European debate about the use of Wellness Programmes and the HIgh-Performance Work Practises as a mechanism for improving SME performance. As a demonstrator project, Fit4BuasinessGrowth developed a ‘blueprint’ for extending the use of the Fit4BusinessGrwoth Model throughout Europe. The Project impacted directly on the skills and performance of enterprises resulting in the transfer of learning into the workplace. It also contributed to the professional development of VET trainers and institutes engaged in the development and delivery of the project and result in a product relevant to labor market needs.
