Are you fit for business growth?

Are you fit for business growth?
13 November 2016 John Moore

With increasing levels of stress at work, growing companies need strategies to ensure the health and welfare of employees whilst meeting business targets. The answer is Fit4BusinessGrowth (F4BG).

Helping Businesses to Improve Performance

Unlike many business growth programmes which focus purely on how to accelerate growth and expansion, F4BG also looks at the people that make growth happen – the employees.

The F4BG Model comprises 16 ‘business practices’ based on Wellness in Business; High Employee Involvement Practices; Human Resources Practices; and Recognition and Commitment Practices. Each ‘business practice’ is supported by a set of practical tools, resources and guides.

F4BG builds on Exponential’s expertise in business growth coaching, but with the added dimension of wellness and high performance techniques for teams. After developing the F4BG Model and toolkit, the five-strong project team from Bulgaria, Croatia, Austria, France and the UK developed the F4BG Diagnostic Tool.  The five-minute diagnostic tool helps business coaches and companies pinpoint areas for development as well as identifying company strengths in each of the 16 ‘business practices’.

To-date, partners have each trained a team of 10 National F4BG Coaches – see the online F4BG Coach Directory. The F4BG Coaches are now delivering F4BG coaching to 100 small businesses around Europe.

F4BG in 2017

The F4BG team will prepare a set of case studies showcasing the impact of F4BG in the companies. By June 2017, the partners will finalise plans for launching a European F4BG Coach Network. The aim is to extend the use of F4BG from the five partner countries to at least 20 by the end of 2018 supported by a network of 200 F4BG Coaches.

The plans will be announced during a series of National events – invitations will be going out in May 2017 therefore look out for your invitation.
