FAQs

Delivery/ Support

  • Is there a recommended reading list?

Yes. We have put together a recommended reading list for each qualification programme (excluding NVQs in Management). You will find this list with links to Amazon on each of the respective qualification pages on our website.

  • Can I complete qualifications progressively?

Yes. Our qualification programmes are available at three different levels; Award, Certificate & Diploma. They can be completed either progressively (Award to Certificate, Certificate to Diploma) or you can go straight into the Certificate or the Diploma programme, if preferred. When completing progressively you will receive a discounted programme fee, including a reduced registration fee, to top-up to the next level.

Whilst it is more cost effective to go straight into the full Diploma the Award is a good option for those looking for an introductory level qualification in a specific topic area. The Certificate is a more popular option for those looking to gain a broader knowledge whilst completing in a relative short space of time (usually between 6 – 16 weeks).

  • Will I receive a qualification certificate?
