Exponential Training is pleased to announce the second successful Erasmus+ grant application, Project IPEC, has been approved for funding.

Good news clearly comes in multiples as this morning I woke to the news that a second Erasmus Plus grant application has been approved. This means Exponential Training will be working with new European Partners in Greece, Ireland, Cyprus, The Netherlands, Italy and Germany.

Project IPEC is really exciting. It will develop a simple project methodology for use specifically within small businesses and integrate the use of gamification techniques to help managers to deliver effective, high impact projects on time and on budget. The project will be pushing the boundaries of vocational training and developing new approaches that can be replicated in other areas.

The Irish National Agency, Léargas commented:

“This proposal has many strengths and it identifies clearly defined needs, citing multiple studies and offers an innovative approach to increasing the labour market relevance of VET provision by contributing to the development of high quality VET with a strong work-based component.”

Look out for further details in the coming weeks and to learn how you can be involved in Project IPEC.
