Exponential Training Secure Erasmus+ Funding

Exponential Training Secure Erasmus+ Funding
30 June 2015 John Moore

Exponential Training is pleased to announce that our recent Erasmus+ grant application, Fit4Business Growth, has been approved for funding.

Today I received a long awaited email containing the outcome of this year’s Erasmus+ grant application. With the usual trepidation, I clicked ‘open’ and to my delight read the words:

“We are very pleased to inform you that your application has been approved for funding”.

The funding is for a truly innovative project called Fit4Business Growth. Fit4Business Growth (F4BG) will combine three different areas of expertise – wellness in the workplace, high growth business coaching and high performance work practices – into a single model.

The Erasmus+ project which involves partners from Austria, Bulgaria, France, Croatia and the UK is scheduled to start in September 2015. The aim of the project is to enable small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to achieve high growth through the use of proven high performance work practices without creating high levels of stress for managers and team members.

The project will involve over 100 SMEs and will have an impact upon over 750 participants. With SMEs making up over 98 per cent of all businesses in most European countries and the need for SMEs to drive the economic recovery, the timing of F4BG could not be better.

Look out for further details in the coming weeks and to learn how you can become Fit4Business Growth!

Thank you for your message. I am really excited about Fit4BusinessGrowth as it brings together three areas of expertise – wellness, high performance work practices and high growth coaching. The project starts in September. I will blog about it regularly and will be looking for volunteers to train as Fit4Business Growth coaches.
