Exponential Carries on Despite BREXIT

Exponential Carries on Despite BREXIT
31 July 2016 John Moore

The UK may have voted to leave the EU, but Exponential Training continues to forge partnerships with education and training institutes throughout Europe. As a result of a series of successful Erasmus+ applications, we will be working with another 16 European Partners over the next three years.

One of the founding principles of Exponential Training is embracing and adapting new ideas, technologies and delivery models. One way we achieve this is by working collaboratively with like-minded partners who are also committed to developing new, practical and impactful approaches to improving performance of people and organisations. We then subsequently integrate new ideas and techniques into our mainstream training programmes for the benefit of our customers and learners.

New Erasmus+ Projects

I am delighted to announce that Exponential Training is continuing this strategy with the award of 3 NEW Erasmus+ projects starting in September 2016.

TeamMate360 will result in the development of an online 360-degree assessment designed to support and develop Managers who lead virtual teams. Exponential Training is the lead partner which also includes VEDA (Bulgaria), The Institute for Small and Medium Enterprises (Ireland), Best Cybernetics, (Greece), SEC (Romania), ADHOC (Spain), and Udine University (Italy).

Flipping in Tourism

Flipping as a learning method is becoming very popular. In this project, partners will use videos as part of the new delivery model to develop entrepreneurship skills of students and trainers engaged in tourism. The project will be lead by Jaitek Tecnología y Formación SL from Spain and involves Partners from Poland, The Netherlands, Hungary and Belgium.

Recognising the importance of Generation Z, the iGEN project team will develop strategies to help small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) to make more effective use of the skills and talents of young people. The project will be lead by the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague from the Czech Republic and involves Inneo (Poland), Trebag (Hungary) and DEKAPLUS (Cyprus).

Stay ‘In the Loop’

Later this year, I will be preparing an ‘In the Loop’ Special European Edition. It will feature all of the ground-breaking European projects in which we are involved including details of how you can get involved. Projects like Project IPECFit4BusinessGrowth and UseWine.
