What do Slovenia, Slovakia, Greece, Romania and Ireland all have in common? They are the countries in which managers will use Perspectives 360.
This is possible because Exponential has recently won a major contract as part of the EU’s Leonardo da Vinci project which is designed to transfer the use of its innovative online 360 degree skills assessment tool Perspectives 360.
The contract means that Exponential will be leading a European team of HR specialists and management training experts to set up a network of Perspectives 360 assessment centres across Europe.
Perspectives 360 is a simple, effective 360 degree assessment system designed to benchmark the skills of managers. Already used by organisations in the UK such as Business Link, Perspectives 360 will now be further developed ready to support the development of managers across Europe.
Product Manager, James Dillon said, “Initially, Perspectives 360 will be translated in Slovene, Slovakian, Romanian and Greek, but over the next two years, we are planning to extend this to over a dozen languages. The aim is to build a network of Perspectives 360 assessment centres enabling us to benchmark the skills of managers across Europe”.
Although work is already underway, Exponential’s directors will be travelling to Ljubljana, Slovenia to host the project launch. In November, James and Exponential Director, Michelle Moore will be meeting with Greek partners CyberNet Point in Athens.
Exponential will be training each of the partners in how to use Perspectives 360. Partners will then use Perspectives 360 to assess the skills of local managers. Collectively, the assessment data will provide a detailed comparative analysis of the skills and managers from the five countries. “We are expecting the skills benchmarking exercise to enable Exponential and our partners to design a European management development programme” added Michelle.
The project is funded by the European Commission. Further details of the project can be found later in October: http://www.perspectives360.com
