Drilona came to Exponential Training after completing a business degree at The American International University in London. Drilona’s company, RTC Consulting, works with public sector organisations, private sector firms and international organisations such as the International Labour Organisation (ILO). RTC has established a strong brand and reputation not just in Kosovo, but within the Balkans.
“I had the opportunity to be an Exponential Student just over three years ago when studying the Certificate in Management Consulting Essentials. I loved the experience and the knowledge that I received throughout that time and I feel that I had to offer this amazing opportunity to other students in Kosovo and Albania.”
Challenge:
One of Drilona’s first challenges was to improve her consulting skills not only to improve the quality of the services she provided but to also build on the strong brand and reputation she had developed in order to gain new clients.
One of Drilona’s major goals is to establish RTC’s management development centre as the premier management training facility in Kosovo. The centre will give managers and students the opportunity of undertaking a high quality professional qualification just like she did, but without the cost of studying in London.
Results:
Drilona began by completing a Professional Consulting qualification with Exponential Training before becoming a delivery partner delivering CMI qualifications in Kosovo and within the Balkans on behalf of Exponential Training.
Drilona returned to Kosovo after her studies determined to make an impact in Kosovo. She represents the new generation of young entrepreneurs that are seizing the opportunity as Kosovo develops. Drilona’s excellent communication and networking skills combined with hard work, dedication and a commitment to excellence has accelerated RTC Consulting into one of the region’s leading consulting practices. Drilona is a role model for young people in the region; she is enterprising and passionate about what she does and very clear about her goals and objectives.
Asked why she believes the Chartered Management Institute professional qualifications are needed in Kosovo and Albania, Drilona explained:
“Our society is aspiring to become part of the European Community and with that said, people will need to be ready when that change happens. Chartered Management Institute qualifications provide a strong management foundation to students and enable them to be equipped with the necessary management and leadership skills and I believe that our societies are in strong need of that”.
RTC Consulting has completed the Exponential Partner training and had delivered CMI qualifications on behalf of Exponential Training throughout the Balkans including Kosovo, Albania and Macedonia.
