360 Assessment in Singapore

360 Assessment in Singapore
26 May 2010 John Moore

During a flying visit to Singapore to meet with potential Perspectives 360 Partners I took time out to experience the Singapore Skyline.

When I saw the Singapore Skyline, I just knew I had to go on the Singapore Flyer to fully appreciate the city’s skyline – and the view did not disappoint.

From the top of the Flyer, the 360 degree view is magnificent and it literally gives visitors a unique perspective on the city. Inspired by national icons such as the Eiffel Tower and the London Eye, the Singapore Flyer is 150 metres in diameter and stands 165 metres in height which is about the height of a 42-storey building. The massive wheel stands as a testament to the ingenuity, innovation and organisation that is found everywhere in Singapore.

The reason for Exponential Training’s visit to Singapore was to research the market for Perspectives 360 in Singapore and to meet with potential Perspectives 360 Partners. Recognising the importance of taking the time to learn about and to understand the Singapore business culture, this is just one of a series of visits that Exponential Training is planning to make to Singapore in 2010.

I look forward to appointing Perspectives 360 Partners and perhaps we can pose for photos in front of the Singapore Flyer since it gives a 360 degree view of the city in just the way that Perspectives 360 gives a 360 degree view of the skills of managers.
