The Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership focuses on performance management and explores core management issues such as managing resources, managing projects and leadership practice.

Throughout the qualification you will have your own dedicated Personal Tutor/ Assessor who will support you in successfully completing the qualification. You will liaise with your Personal Tutor/ Assessor on an individual basis through online meeting software such as Skype, Email or telephone (UK only). You will also have 24/7 access to online support materials which include assignment templates, comprehensive learning resources and a ‘Guide to Writing your Assignment’.
Our Management and Leadership qualifications are available at four levels: Award, Certificate, Diploma and Extended Diploma. The most basic, the Award, focuses on performance management specific to your role and will bolster your abilities in middle management. The Certificate expands on the material covered in the award, going into more depth in leadership areas relevant to your role. The full and Extended Diploma qualifications will give you a comprehensive understanding of every aspect of middle management. They also serve as benchmark qualifications for full CMI membership, and moves you closer to achieving Chartered Manager status.
CMI recommendation for progression once completing the Diploma in Management and Leadership would be to progress onto the Level 7 Strategic Management and Leadership qualifications.[/toggle]
