The programme explores how to identify and meet client needs and how to support the implementation of a change programme. Effective business support is about devising and implementing effective solutions and therefore a feature of this programme is the need to evaluate the impact of the service that is provided to clients.

This unit requires the submission of a project report based on a live project with a client, demonstrating how the client issue was researched and diagnosed, leading to the development and implementation of an effective solution.

Assessment Method:

Assessment can be 100% online through distance learning/ online delivery method. Assessment is achieved through the completion of two assignments which are used to evidence the standards for each unit within qualification. Our ‘right first time’ approach means that Learners can submit a draft of their assignment to get clear and constructive feedback from a personal tutor before submitting it for final assessment.

Qualification Support:

Learners will have 24/7 access to the online support materials which include assignment templates, comprehensive e-learning modules (The High Growth Series), podcasts, access to CMI online learning resources (ConsultingDirect) and a ‘Guide to Writing your Assignment’.
