Exponential was originally set up in January 1999 by Managing Director, John Moore, to provide a management development service to businesses and managers in the Midlands.

The Company has grown considerably since 1999 and now has customers all over the UK. Despite this, Exponential's aim remains much the same as when it was first set up; to improve the quality of management performance because employees deserve excellent managers.
