Leaders First:

Leaders First is part of Train to Gain, the UK Government's flagship service to help employers to provide training and support. Leaders First is specifically designed to help organisations employing 5* - 249 to improve skills and performance through training, coaching, or working towards a qualification.

Only one grant is available per organisation up to £1,000. The first £500 does not need to be match funded. The first unmatched £500 is given to an organisation to train one leader or manager. The remaining £500 can be used to support the same person or others who have a direct impact on strategic development.
